October 2008, the board of directors elected to discontinue the operations of MJRT Tryon Group, Inc. effective the end of December of 2008.  

All staff and employee positions were eliminated. Any assets were either sold or disposed of.  

The board will officially close the company once all outstanding account receivables are completed with those going toward any outstanding payable accounts.
